Dear Ashley Food Pantry Clients:
The Ashley Food Pantry is open the second Thursday of the month from 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and 5:30 P.M. to *7:30 P.M. (*please note new time) The set dates and substitution dates are listed in bold type below. Substitution distribution is at the same times.
We follow the Hanover Area School District Calendar – if school is delayed the pantry will be open. If school is dismissed early, the pantry will be open only from 10:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M and there will be no evening hours. If school is closed for the day, the pantry will be closed the entire day.
Please keep in mind the Ashley Food Pantry is operated by an all-volunteer staff; therefore there will be no exceptions to those hours or ability to make special arrangements. The dates are listed below so please mark your calendars accordingly.
FOOD CANNOT BE DELIVERED. If you are registered and cannot make it to the Pantry, you can have someone pick up your food that day. You must call the Rectory at (570) 825-6669 and give the name of the person who is picking up your food. They must have their id with then to pick up food on your behalf. There are no exceptions. Thank you.
